"Over a week and still no word..."
It's been more than a week and I haven't heard anything about my order; it looks like it's stuck in the warehouse. Now, I gotta wait at least two more weeks for them to sort this out. :(

I gave a 1-star rating because Freshcotton sent me a request for feedback at a really bad time. I was super frustrated since I needed the item for a special occasion, and I had to nudge support to check on the warehouse or the carrier. On the bright side, their support team is quick to respond, so I’ll give them a +1 for that.

My order keeps getting delayed by a day over and over. The delivery service (DPD) is pretty inefficient and just keeps pushing the delivery back another day whenever I reach out to them for help.
